Eligibility

KidyBox is intended for children aged 2–15 years old. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising any child under 18 using the Service.

Use of the Service

• Free & Ad-Free. KidyBox is completely free to use. We do not show ads.
• Curated Content. All videos are selected by our education team to ensure they are safe and appropriate for ages 2–15.
• Reporting. If you see any video you think is inappropriate, tap the flag icon. Our moderation team will review reported videos within 24 hours.

Accounts (Optional)

• You may create an account by providing a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Parents should help children under 13 with account setup and keep control of login details.

Intellectual Property

• All KidyBox content (videos, images, text, design) is owned by KidyBox or its licensors.
• You may view and share videos only as permitted by these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute KidyBox content without our written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using KidyBox, you agree to that policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is." KidyBox is provided without warranties. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
• Age Accuracy. We curate videos for ages 2–15, but cannot guarantee every video meets every parent's standards.
• Liability Limit. To the maximum extent allowed by law, KidyBox and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect when changes are made. Continued use of KidyBox after changes means you accept the new Terms.
